Private parking in front of the house, air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and a dedicated space for teleworking.

A 5-minute drive from the centre of Budoni where you will find all services such as restaurants, bars, pharmacy, bakery, supermarkets, etc.

Located 30 minutes from Tavolara and 1 hour from the Orosei Golf Course

Consists of 3 parts:

¤ A bedroom with a double bed,

A small room with a single bed that can be opened up to become a double bed.

The living room with a convertible sofa bed

All 3 rooms have air conditioning

Guests can use the entire accommodation and the outside; a parking space is available on the property.

We are always reachable by phone or message; our number will be provided to you before arrival.

We will also provide you with our suggestions for places to visit in the area and our favorite restaurants/bars on the day of your arrival.

Swimming pool opening hours: 9am-1pm and 4pm-7:30pm

Closed only on Thursdays

For safety reasons, in Italy, condominium swimming pools are not accessible without a lifeguard present. The pool opens on June 15th and closes on September 15th.
